Question for all the tax accountants more experienced in real estate tax than myself.I just read Amanda Han and Matt MacFarland's book on tax strategies.

SmithI'm still just a beginner but after listening to podcast 162 (Link) I realized it's pretty important to have a CPA well versed in real estate strategies.I actually called and signed on to do my tax work with @Amanda Han after listening to the podcast. 

I have worked with Amanda Han (also a BP podcast contributor) to ensure the best and simplest tax structures.

Hey @Jordan Han you won't find a place to register a company or entity as a co-host since Airbnb forbids that. 

Heck, Amanda Han was so frustrated with it, she decided to write a book.For folks who come in and either continue to pass bad knowledge or try to link some weird piece of good knowledge they do have to a situation where it barely fits, isn't plausible and just muddies the waters, it's a high source of frustration.While we always welcome those with awesome knowledge and the credentials or chops to back it up, we are a tough crowd to others.

I plan on giving that book to my son and daughter.In general, Biggerpockets is great with wholesaling flipping, but there are other subjects like business planning, entity planning (I like Amanda Han), taxation planning (Steve Hamilton is awesome), and advanced soft skills like NLP and negotiation (not sales) etc that are super important.Not having a LLC or a Corp before marketing and making offers, seriously?
