Can anyone recommend a great REI friendly agent? 

I'm looking for a Rockstar real estate agent in Natchez, MS for a potential purchase of an investment property.  

Look at a few each day online, or catch up with an agent who knows their stuff and househacked to give you some pointers. 

Are there any local agents that specialize in rental placements for a finders fee?

Let the professionals do this properly to not have to worry about breaking your title insurance, or at least ask your closing agent if a Quit Claim deed will void your owners title. this could be different in each state. #5.

Seller's agent can no longer reach the seller to sign mutual relase form to refund my earnest money.

She is an incredible investor friendly agent down there that knows her stuff better than most. 

Keep in mind that when you are licensed as an agent, wholesaling can be restricted or disallowed by your brokerage so you want to check there first.
