I'm a total newbie, and I'm finding a lot of information...but I'm having trouble figuring out what it means...For example, There's a SFR in Madison County, IL, that Foreclosure.com says is in Pre-forclosure Market Value: $124,000Published: 2/11/2014Loan Amount: $66,326Loan Date: 12/18/2002and Zillow also has that it is in Pre-foreclosure status.

I am pro-Madison, full disclosure and a lot of that metric is how I go after houses.

The market crashed during the Great Recession but much later in South Jackson than it did in say Madison County.

Well i did that personally I bought 13 new homes in and around Jackson MS 5 in Madison county which is the wealthiest county in the state.. and 8 in Rankin county.. second wealthiest..
