The first mtg always does, and if the hoa doesn't name any junior lien holder (which they never do) those will remain also.

Over the last 2 yrs. it has gotten easier and easier for Mortgage Brokers to take deals away from banks.Kinda feels like being Michael Jordan, back in his prime, walking onto a basketball court with a bunch of junior high school players and having the ability to completely dominate!

In my mind, I think that i don't need to have title insurance because I purchased from County, and all the junior lien include mortgage will be wiped out (excluded some higher lien as IRS).

The 1st mtg foreclosure would wipe out a secondary judgment lien.....I guess it depends on who gets any surplus there, junior lien holders or the owner.
