The property is within walking distance from the Walmart shopping center in Landover Hills , Mc Donalds etc…It could be a great buy and hold deal but it could also attract first time home buyers, if you spend a little more on the rehab.

I will say that Trump has done a nice job managing any major stock gains with Tweets on China Tariffs; we'll likely see effort on keeping the economy strong through 2020 if he wishes to get re-elected.With equities going up, there will be a rush towards the market before a crash.
