I am still new and humble, learning every day a little bit more using the Kaizen Method.

He just called one day a few months ago and said, remember that money I owe you ..lol, like I could forget.

I went to the class back in the day as well. 

If you do this stuff when your young, you'll find your life get a little easier every day as you get older, and you will establish a great work ethic that will serve you and your children well.

When there's fixing up to do, we work on coming up with the list together, and I work on the estimating/budget part of it.When we go to view properties, or we want to attend the inspection, etc, I will try to schedule things either as close to lunch as possible, or as close to the end of the day as possible to minimize the amount of time I have to take off work.

Our team will continue disinfecting hard surfaces in common hallways in our building several times a day as part of the effort to prevent the spread of the virus, per the CDC’s guidelines.
