These workers will be able to do some tasks on their own without the guidance of a licensed contractor, such as installing flooring, cabinets, countertops and fixtures, landscaping, texturing, painting and doing patching work or light repairs.

Since you don't want to create the same list as everyone else, maybe look into creating unique mail pieces as well so you stand out from your competition.  

That being said, this is not an impossible task to find affordable options.

No worries on not doing a deal yet - just focus on marketing as your main task and it'll come before you know it.
