Milwaukee landlords, I'm wondering what you think of a 2/2 duplex I saw with what I think is an undesirable floor plan.The typical 2-bed duplex in Milwaukee I am used to seeing it with a hallway with a bedroom at each end, and a bathroom in the middle.But this particular duplex has the following layout - one bedroom off the LR, which is fine.

You only have to look at this thread to see how many people are stopped in their tracks by this issue.The only issue is to get the property at a price that reflects it's undesirability with all the utilities as one.

The 2 feet upward slope (which is 2 ft away from back of house & backdoor) is causing the water/mud from backyard to come toward the house; I have a french drain that's suppose to drain water but not the mud.
