So don't try to justify that you don't need the AC because renters seem to have a 15* black hole of temperature range that most people call normal.Check craigslist for technicians.

What I do see in my biz is a lot of remote working people discovering the Midwest and the lower cost of living - and the cooler temperatures. 85F is a hot day here in summer.
