A few generic questions I’ve been struggling with:After obtaining my license, what would be the best route to be at a level, which I can start comfortably flipping properties or securing rental properties?

The hotels normally pay $11 an hour for housekeepers and now they're starting at $15 an hour and still struggle to find people!

However, I have struggled to find books/resources on this sort of RE (which is probably a good thing) - does anyone have any recommendations on where I can find any podcasts/books/websites/etc to shorten the learning curve? 

But having searched real estate, I found myself struggling to find deals or when I did find them, I struggled to find financing.

It should give you a good taste of what the business is like, before venturing out on your own.I don't know one thing about company, but had an interesting discussion with one of their franchisees one day and that particular one seemed to be struggling.   

I am struggling with the timeline of getting a loan for a flip, offering/negotiating, estimating costs, appraisal and developing your scope of work. 

My guess is you’ll be able to size up those lots pretty quickly and determine if they’re buildable or even worth building on or not which others will struggle with.Best of luck,Jon
