Since this topic is evolving into a specific plan of action now, I thought it best to repost a new thread here.Specifically, the heirs are three children of the brother of the deceased (all in their 40's)--two of which I believe are located here in town.

I started out and am still currently utilizing evolve.

I see that Evolve sells turnkey STRs and will also manage them for a fee which interests me on many levels since it would be out of state and also an existing property with bookings to pass along to a new owner. 

@Grayson Spittel I use evolve vacation rentals as a "manager" of some sorts.
