The basements were had-dug and therefore shallow, the shorter the wall, the less lateral soil pressure.

if its not cast iron then its possible it wasn't properly supported underneath and its flexed down in the middle. if there is an access panel for the plumbing see if you can see under the tub. if it is flexed down you might be able to get something under it to push it up. if the tub was actually sinking in the back you should see a gap between the tub and the first row of tile.

We recently received a picture that there are large icicles extending from the roof, and I am trying to figure out the most feasible and preventative way to remove the icicles and ice underneath.

Large dual vanity, but shower isn't really large enough to accommodate sitting area or second shower head.I could easily add a large bath underneath the window (instead of the dresser) to any of these options, but don't know if I want to pay the extra $$ for plumbing and fixtures.I have also considered removing the hallway door and drywalling that section, but am trying to avoid creating extra work if it isn't necessary.
