Sunday evening while finally sitting down to relax and watch a little football, I get a frantic text from one of my tenants, "Call me now please."

Second, be still and relax for a minute.

We are in the process of fixing it, looking for a roofer to fix the leak, rainy season passed so was relaxed a bit.

That yard is now a private paradise, a place where we can relax, grow garlic, and cultivate our spice garden, or at least it still would be if it wasn’t for the sound of my new neighbors’ barking dogs in the night, their cars left running even in warm weather until the exhaust fills my carport 10 feet away, the metallic clink of trucks be fixed in their carport at 10 pm and later, and the pungent smell of cigarette smoke that floats over the 3-foot tall wall separating our yards and into my front door.Unfortunately the 2005 real estate bubble trouble and the 2007-2008 subprime mortgage debacle changed our neighborhood by filling it with rental homes, many sold at auction for ridiculously low prices, and now owned by absentee landlords instead of owner occupants or local landlords.

Relax and don't rush when you're snapping the photo.

They need a place to sleep, eat, cook, shower, do laundry and relax. 

I'm not going to retire just going to relax a lot more.  

Get something that cash flows as soon as you can afford it, sit back and relax.

(Ex: comfortably dining, relaxing in living areas, etc) I have that maximizing living space, the area where the guests will be enjoying their stay the majority of the time, with amenities that fit in is the best bet for all!
