Were the communication and payments timely or problematic?

In essence, inspect, verify, document, communicate, before funds are issued to contractor(s). 

This is strange to begin with since all communication is typically through the agents or attorneys.

So when I need a new admin for the advertising business I own, I place an ad for a $10/hour entry level position and I get 100 resumes from kids who just graduated with a degree in speech communications, or marketing & PR, or some other BS degree (says the guy with a philosophy degree), and they're $100K in debt and no idea how they'll ever get out of it. 

If the property suits our management style, we would then take over tenant communication and accounts receivables.

I cannot say that I can recommend them because although the October situation was not caused by their action but by a situation with their payment processor, and they have switched from using ACH payment processors to a direct bank relationship, their communication about the problem was *horrible*, there are still many landlords trying to get their rent money, and the process to do so is time consuming and requires the tenant to file a form with their bank.  

I liked Marks format because it was at night, at a distance and I could communicate with him if needed.

Through all the communication with her and her Navy assigned advocate, we have no faith that she is going to move until the Navy sets up this special move and could care less  when that is.   

I do not believe race is in any way involved, however this information helps to explain why there has been a lack of direct communication between myself and the other tenants.In the ten years I have lived here there haven't been any arguments, disputes, or angry interactions with anyone here.
