In older homes this is scene more often but doesn't make it acceptable as a blanket statement.

Quebec has beautiful mountains and lakes, better than Ontario in my opinion but not as good as BC. with people fleeing the cities due to COVID, they have to go somewhere and Quebec is a nice place to live with many small towns near lakes and mountains.3) Montreal - one of the best cities in North America with a rapidly growing tech scene. this is already triggering an appreciation wave outward from Montreal.4) population boom? 

I love visiting CA - the weather, food scene, wine, etc etc, but I couldn't imagine moving there from a financial perspective.

Obviously, the music scene is awesome.

Second, the city’s recent efforts to rejuvenate the tourism and detract from the spring break party scene has been laudable.

Tampa does already have a solid foundation for tech and the tech start up scene. 

My family and I were on a house hunters episode a couple years ago and it was really interesting to get a behind the scene perspective.

I foresee the downtown scene exploding over the next 5-10 years w/ all the various slated projects.

I'm fairly new to the scene and would love to say hi to anyone from the BP community.
