Vacation rentals in Panama City beach

I’m looking to invest in a vacation rental somewhere in Panama City or close to that area. I’m not sure where to start anyone on here well verse in that area and or a real estate agent?

@Ben Thompson - As an agent and investor in the PCB to Destin areas, I find the best way to connect with support is through the local meetups.  It looks like you're from Louisville, so that may not be an option for you.  There plenty of great agents along the coast that understand the rental market.  I just recommend that you vet them well.  When looking for remote support, I tend to look for agent who also invests in that market or niche (i.e. they know both the sales and operations).
