Like the cash flow and be more neutral about the property.Understand that a mixed used property is slightly harder to finance so less likely you will have an abundance of great options.If the seller can not understand that they have mis-priced the property then educate them.

I wanted to get it removed by seller, but they are offering me to fill it with sand (since it is cheaper)They are saying everything will be done by the law and they will provide documents the oil tank is neutralized and the land is not contaminated.ANY COMMENTS??
