I was just letting the other person know who is an Oregon resident.. that any loan of any kind regulated or not under 50k there is statuary rules and one of them is Usury and you cannot charge that high of interest.. even if its not couched as interest a regulator will look at any payment above principal as interest..

Depending on how bored I get sitting on that couch all day ;)When I read those retirement articles about needing such and such amount of money in the stock market to retire I feel like I am living on a different planet as that is so far removed from my strategy.

We later found out the dog did NOT run away at all, it was so nasty and packed in that home that the dog got stuck behind the couch, died, and we found his rotted body behind there months after the folks moved out while cleaning the place (which took more than 4 days to clean - it was only a 2 bed 1 bath)!

I think it really only makes financial sense for me to drop the mic and walk away.
