Sure, it takes some more work, to categorize spending (which actually takes little time and makes you well aware of what you are spending) and giving all of your dollars a 'job'... but as I a-test and they have discovered, it is well worth the effort and well worth $50/year.I have used YNAB since the start of 2014, both their desktop and now online based version and I am happy to spend $50/year on something that enables us to live with minimal financial stress and gives us the ability to get laser focused on financial goals.

See how were narrowing this focus to a laser beam, which will empower to best find what looking for.

Under the beam, put a small peninsula where they can do bar stools for eating (that would look into the kitchen).Honestly if you are converting a bedroom into something, I would do a bathroom with a stackable laundry in a closet. 

I am torn on what kind of review to leave.Here is what was wrong:Rotten trim on the front porchPorch deck board with a lot of play indicating support beam underneath needed to be repaired.The ac filter did nothing as there was a door with louvers on back side of air handler intake where bulk of air was being pulled fromMattress needs to be replaced.All rooms with tile floor (3 rooms) had cracks in some of the tile.Lights burned out in bottom of microwave that shines on stoveTV was good sized and had cable, but was not a smart TV and this was the only TV in the house.No gutters on house, buth tin overhangs over window.

In addition to everything inside im looking for someone who knows how to replace a support beam for a carport or and can give me a quote for the work.

Once 1/1 rolls around, we are all laser focused on tax compliance.

@Mary JayAny solid non wood structure is better than wood.Survive- Structure still standing, but shingles blown off, windows and doors broken- interior water soaked, clean up costs (make sure part of your insurance).Hurricane clips- look where the roof trusses meet the support beam for the walls.
