My business became a job. 60 hour weeks and no vacations.In April of 2015, Phill Grove sent an invite to Realtors (my wife included), inviting them to a local REIA meeting.

The generated report of this should have a graph and numerical figures for projected equity, monthly cash flow, as well as, CoC ROI.

But the work is not challenging and my fellow co-workers have instructed me to slow down on numerous occasion.

My question to the BP community is, have you ever crowdfunded your own deal by inviting participants into a percentage partnership on a particular deal?

During our conversations I am interrupted numerous times to the question "I'm sorry I get confused real easy...who is this?"

It affects me since I'm inviting in Houston and I'm in the oil and gas business.

I don't plan to stay up here forever but as I move around I'll never find an affordable place to work or store numerous vehicles.  

I am a total newbie who has been reading and watching tons of information here on BP (in the past numerous weeks) which all have been excellent. 

In my area there are MLS overlaps between numerous MLS's [which has been the subject of a lawsuit] as such you can occasionally find a prop. listed  on the "wrong" MLS which are listed on public sites such as Zillow etc. but not on the common MLS for that area.
