Its comical at this point.  100% of nothing is nothing, and that's what you'll earn if you don't learn.I encourage you to interview several of the top brokerages in your area to get a better understanding of what they'll bring to the table as the tri-state area begins to get back to normal. 

Make sure you interview your agent too.

I am interviewing several silent investors for a business we are building & looking to finalize a deal here in the next week.

Make sure you are asking about "release clauses" whenever you interview lenders on this subject. 

If you’ve already pre-screened prospective tenants, where do you actually meet them for the final interview?

A good broker will be able to interview you and originate your loan for the HML that meshes best with your situation.Going directly to a lender can be a great idea although being tied to one lender means they can only lend based on their limited parameters. 

Granted, we can’t do the phone interview, but we can educate them on the process and help them understand.
