So as you narrow in on the aspects of the industry that are of interest (landlording again or something new), I'd suggest using keywords to help manage the immense flow of information from BP.Best,Mike

I recently read where downtown Portland has been transformed immensely.

I cannot touch the cashflow numbers he gets in those cities out here, but I tend to believe that the appreciation in the Denver/Boulder markets will immensely eclipse the cash returns. 

Through these experiences, I have come to recognize the immense power that real estate (when done correctly) can hold to unlock a financial future that until recently I never thought possible.I am currently trying to expand my rental portfolio (this time on purpose!)

I also gained an immense amount of experience with developing and managing budgets.

I actually thought knew a thing or two until I ended up on this website and got lost in the immense wealth of information from professional from all fields. 

I will add immense value to the mentor that shakes my hand first.
