Personally, for those pretending to be something they're not, I like Tim's "annoying as fu--", although that might be a little too honest and harsh for the forum.

You might want to spend an hour with yours before you continue on here.I'm really sorry to be so harsh, but there are others here who are naïve when they read this stuff.

Now this is going to sound harsh, but no, you can't. 

He's been pretty harsh despite exp's 211% growth and he tends to comes across as being scared of change.

A person asked for advice on a forum, many people gave him harsh, but great, advice, and he took the advice! 

You are fortunate, indeed.You also need to learn the distinction between "can't do that" and "shouldn't do that".What we CAN do is virtually unlimited.What we SHOULD do is rather another matter and people who don't have a team round them like yours need to learn to stay within  the limits of their team, or of themselves if they've not yet built a team.Humility can be a harsh teacher.

It's harsh but a good learning curve.
