I’ve seen the fruits of my labor on the residential side now going all in any it’s definitely a passion.

Right now there is a lot of work out there and contractors will seek out the low hanging fruit first...that is, projects that pay well and clients that are easy to work with. 

There might be some juice left to squeeze but not too much on the residential side.

Sometimes, I feel like it’s more important to be doing SOMETHING in the beginning, even if it’s not fruitful, then doing nothing.

You'll have to weigh if the juice is worth the squeeze in terms of moving one set of residents out, prepping the home for Masters guests, facilitating a week long stay, and then getting everything back in order for your long-term resident.
