It is an REO property and bank is going to ask for an extension for closing due to pending lien issues with the city.

There are plenty of listing brokers out there but would prefer to deal with a buyer's broker who has extensive experience dealing with investors and who is well dialed in to the local market and can be a potential source of new deals.

We went through multiple extensions and I thought for sure the seller would back out.

I've been reading Seth's blog extensively lately.

The sink and dishwasher will be moved to where a washer and dryer are currently located so the water and sewar lines won't need extensive work.
