Or, expressed another way, Sally shows $80k on K-1 line 1 "ordinary business income," but Johnny shows $0 (I was assuming, perhaps incorrectly, that Sally shows $80k b/c she paid herself $80k, and Johnny shoes $0 b/c he paid himself $0).
