Clarksville, TN Going all in

Hey all, I posted on here about a year ago expressing I wanted to go in to real estate investing upon my exit from the Navy. Well that time has come, next month I'm done and instead of a regular job with a guaranteed paycheck, I'm jumping in with both feet to the unknown. Ultimate goal is flipping and buy and holds. Started direct mail(very new and open to any advise), am in need of capital. I am working with some banks since my wife still works but would like to meet private money lenders as well. Cant wait for what the future holds!
