Something like:  During the period from the date of execution of this agreement through and iuncluding the closing, Owner shall not enter into any leases or extend any leases covering any part of the Property without the written consent of Buyer.

Hello BP,I have a quick question on the BRRRR process.My understanding is that when executing the first 2 steps (Buy & Rehab), you will use your own funds!

I do understand the vulnerabilities of an LLC and currently the VRs are in my name.

I'm looking to expand my real estate business, improve my cash flow, move equity into larger property purchases, and execute more advanced strategies. 

I have less concern over fraudsters than I do simply for people's ability to execute during hardship and moral dilemmas.

It gives me pause as the first 6 months is when I am most vulnerable as we will be doing remodel work and improvements and the property will only be running at 50% capacity.
