Hello all,

Its this guy with a forum post to enrich you with my introduction. I am a 25 year old IT professional. I currently hold the title of Sr. Network Engineer | Project manager. I started my IT career as an overnight backup checker and have moved all the way to being an Operations Manager running a Managed Service Provider. I love my day job, from the client interactions to the challenge of finding solutions to business problems. Right now I am trying to start and succeed in Real Estate investment. My goals are to gain enough passive income through rental properties to supplement my current income and make me completely financially independent. I love to travel and want to be able to do it more often without the tie down of a day to day job, not only for myself but also for my future family.

Currently on my journey I am starting to dip my hands into gaining as much knowledge as possible, starting my relationship journey by attempting to build my key team, and preparing a plan that will weather storms.

I am a veteran and want to start my journey house hacking and using 0 down VA on a multi-family rental, to eventually move on to more multi-families.

I currently live in the North New Jersey area, so if you are around, want to chat, have some ideas, need some ideas (I can be creative at times) let me know!
