Chipping paint broken elevators, Collapsing ceilings BC the government really sucks at being a landlord.

Elevated levels of certain elements were found, the cost estimate for remediation is around 100k (reasonable for the deal).

If not a real estate career im considering nursing or elevator repair.  

In my area prices are staying elevated, and there is still a lack of inventory and a big demand keeping the prices elevated.

I didn’t know that builder profit margins were so elevated during the Covid boom.

There was a great artical talking about why the the up & down are, and will be, more and more dramatic...If you want to find out recession impact when asset prices are very elevated, you need to look at Taiwan, HK, Canada....

The money will come eventually but its the knowledge that will elevate you to a different level. 

I used house plans .com for the basic design we wanted and then the architect made adjustments to that for our elevation and the random changes (doors/windows/etc) that we wanted.
