Just be sure that if you are customizing your card, you download the business card template for PhotoShop to ensure that your card meets VistaPrint's bleed specifications. 

They sent the download link for the app and reminders before rent is due - I think that when people get an email that reminds them they are about to get a late fee, they become totally ok with paying rent online!

I would recommend downloading every bigger pockets podcast and listen to them, over time of course.

Mailer post cards are the best lead generator-  I send about 2500 mailers to each county monthly by going on the county website and downloading lists of land owners. 

I would highly recommend downloading it, its free.

DO NOT download from rocketlawyer or something off the web for free or $50.You will need to have a local, REI friendly, attorney draw one up for you.
