It reminds me of that book, "Acres of Diamond or "The richest man in Babylon" where some guy sold his house to search the whol world for Gold, only to discover that the house he sold contained the Gold he was seeking.

They are already dirty and the second they come home you will have problems with the cleaning service having stolen 17 of their precious diamond rings that were right on their dresser before they came.

It is a little more of a hike but I like the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham (Alternates each month with their Worcester location, which is tonight, with July being in Waltham).  

Besides those groups check out the Black Diamond meeting in Worcester (2nd one in Waltham) as it will give you a broader RE base and great networking.  

HD is switching to lower end Chinese made products, plus they charge for kitchen design (Lowes doesn't) Love to see Lowes start stocking a higher grade Diamond cabinets in the stores for fast fix/flips, etc. 

And buy a ring without an actual diamond for the symbolism and get the big rock 20 years from now when you own several properties and are a millionaire?

The Airbnb Dude @Patrick Diamond can fill in on that path a lot better than me.I suggest rental owners who don't plan on personally using their property for vacations etc. aim for long-shorts (term of 1month or more).

Buyers have to be realistic and ready when the occasional diamond pops up to buy in that lower price range.
