I know one investor who will literally record his discussion with his contractors walking through the contract, so that if they ever end up in court, the contractor can't claim he didn't know what the agreement was.- In terms of, "How do you manage contractors so you get the price you need, the quality you desire and the timeline you agreed to?"

Today, there are properties with indoor basketball courts, lazy rivers, movie theaters, and exterior spiral slides going from the upper deck to the lower deck...truly creative ways of grabbing the first round of renters.Even though my rents were steady because I had a hefty repeat renter business by then, I realized that this trend of having a large luxury home was not enough if I wanted to capture more renters.

If new broker says they can't list, ask them to provide written documentation why they won't, as it could help you in any court case against you or your house if you can say the wholesaler has damaged you by you being turned down from listing and selling your house at a fair price once you understood their scheme and let it expire.
