They are part of Kathy Fettke's (@kfettke) Real Wealth Network.The properties on their website look good (don't they all on paper), but I can't find any references to their business on BP.I will naturally do a comprehensive DD on any property I buy from them, but I'm just wondering whether anyone (outside of RWN) has dealt with them in the past?

Good point @Paul Sandhu For the small amount of times issues have actually happened, it might be more effort to go thru trying to recoup a few instances with comprehensive policies and contracts, and just easier to write it off, fix it and move on...especially for the small stuff.

I’ve seen parts of this question answered, in previous threads, but looking for a more comprehensive answer/advice.Quick background, I currently work a W2 job, have my real estate license and practice general brokerage on the side, and will be using some excess cash I’ve been able to save to invest in small multifamily (1-4 units) real estate.Aside from those factors and getting to my question, I have a 401K from a previous employer, pension from that employer, and small personal IRA (Traditional) which I would like to rollover into a SD IRA or Solo 401K (if I qualify) to passively invest in MF Syndications.Total rollover would be approximately $70K.What would be the best way to do this, SD IRA vs.

An FHA appraisal is pretty comprehensive, but it should not take the place of a home inspection (especially if you are newer to RE).
