None of these are individually a deal breaker, but the scoring system gives an overall assessment and the highest scoring applicant gets an offer to rent.

We disclosed to the lender a circuit panel needed replacing which the seller-provided credit, however, the lender requested some sort of inspection release form from an electrician which cost additional funds to close the deal.

Even if it's a $200 visit to assess for you that's going to save you a lot of time chasing your tail trying to figure it out, they probably have the tools and knowledge to tell you pretty quickly (like a circuit analyzer).
