My family and I have a nest egg we want to use to make some good passive cash flow. Anyone have advice on what I could expect from the Indy area? What neighborhoods to look at. What neighborhoods to stay away from? How’s the rental

Market out there? Really anything would help!

Hi @Johnathon Sandoval, welcome! What type of properties and neighborhood classes are you targeting? That will help with recommending certain neighborhoods. Regardless of the above, 46218 and 38th & Post to 46th & Mitthoeffer are no-zones for most OOS investors.
