Well this data has existed for centuries thanks to the US census, so I would think if no one's talking about race maps being a factor then they probably are not.

My goal is cash flow right now, so I would buy and hold all of them, understanding I may not get the “deal of the century” through this method.Thoughts?

There are centuries of human social evolution and programming that's gone into making the majority of people behave the way that they do.

Some of the big brand brokers (Century 21, Coldwell Banker, etc) are much more likely to require "office hours," require minimum number of transactions, require answering phones, etc.
