This will include the senior position mortgage, property tax liens, HOA liens, and utility liens.Where people get into trouble is not researching which position has initiated the auction and then later come to find out there are hundreds of thousands of dollars still attached to the house.

Based on my numbers, it should cash flow pretty well (a few hundred)My real estate agent has some hesitations as he thinks rents will pretty much be capped at 700, it's not in the most desirable area (more of a rental area), and my tenants won't be A+ tenants for that price point.

During our initial walk-thru the house, it had a HORRIBLE smell in the kitchen, an equally horrible smell in the family room (pet urine), and we found that the kitchen drawers and cabinets were infested with bugs - we had no idea what they were.
