To attain lifelong financial freedom, you need to invest in a city where rents and appreciation outpace inflation.What causes rents (and prices) to increase?

I have been working on getting into the data analyst field for a W2 job for a few month now and have partially finished my first project.

I added green energy sources (12 solar panels), gut renovated the bathroom, added energy efficient doors and windows, finished the basement, refinished the floors, and put on a new roof.

In my personal experience I was inexperienced and my company a brokerage (which are affiliated with many banks) held my hand through my learning process, paid me a base salary, gave me leads which I split my commission, guided me on how to attain relationships with realtors and how to generate leads,  they have many accounts with real estate brokerages where they are the exclusive lender which was a plus.

We aren't finished yet!

We placed a contract on a new construction (2/2) triplex, very basic with no garages (only parking pad), but with nice interior finishes.

What I mean by that is what episode of the BP podcast have you just finished? 

And a travel nurse who rented it last month from the seller is going to finish out the lease with us.

I have a question for all of you out there who have had experience with a finished basement that has moisture or has taken in water on occasion:What flooring solution has been the best?
