Very funny visual with the bell bottom dudes getting slammed!

So I approached a couple of inspectors, and they are asking about ~$4-6K, but their proposal suggests that it's based on their senior engineer's visual inspection except one inspector using some sort of x-ray for asbestos.

Actual application and visual learning is what best suits my learning style, although I can learn either way.

I have seen a few nitpicky things, but never anything you described.Personally I would be making a call to the buyers agent, scheduling a walk through with that person and the buyer (remember the agent is working to make a sale, same as you) and visually address each item.

I find on really intense books I need to think about some of the concepts and try to visualize them.
