A few sites....AirbnbZillowFurnish Finder....although not many have success on this one even if they stay on top of it. 

The ability to take constructive criticism and learn from it can truly set successful investors apart from those who struggle.It's important to remember that not all feedback is personal; often, it comes from a place of experience and care.

But rather than take my advice you may want to speak to @Ray Hage out of Florida, I know he finds properties of all types and runs a successful REI business out of the sunshine state. 

In Iowa the law was just passed that makes assigning contracts as a business model Illegal and the closing attorneys will not close those.
