Either way, I'd start small. 

I bought it sight unseen as I viewed it as a small development project, did my due diligence up front and didn’t really care about the state of the house.There were 5 offers on the property to which I ended up knowing a few of the other bidders.

Go look around for some small section 8 apartments listed for sell or rent, then go drive by, and let us know what you think!

I am primarily looking for small multi-family and exploring cities in Ohio like Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati, as well as the RTP area in North Carolina.  

However, I’m confused about how it relates to small business income.

So I was able to open up a small business checking account with Capital One and my partner didn't have to sign anything at all!
