Light fixtures can set the tone for the decor and I suggest you stay neutral, not flashy, tasteful but not expensive. many have their own for upper end homes or they will decorate later, a hundered dollars more is probably just money out of your pocket, IMO.

the village had affidavit items which said I had to put mortar on the missing parts of the decorate stone on the exterior (bad 70s decorative stone) and I thought he said this could be waited until the spring.
