You can make minor adjustments based on the type of appliances (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, air conditioning, etc.) and the size of the rental.

Have someone on hand during the day to rearrange items and fold clothing so everything looks tidy and well cared for.

Spent a lot of time in biz casual work clothes on my lunch breaks sitting in a smokey house getting to know the seller.

People go to the laundromat or use a clothes line.

Or an auto mechanic to fill up your gas tank.You should probably do your own lawn, hair, housecleaning, and auto maintenance...sew your own clothes, build your own house...you know - because you don't NEED those trained professionals! 

We are of the same cloth in that at one point we too could have gotten better interest rates with secondary market money but could never have scaled as quickly.

(If you have a house don't worry about paying that off yet, I'll give you an idea of what you can do about that in a bit)2) once all your debt is paid off, start saving money, you save money by only buying what you need NOT WHAT YOU WANT, so you NEED hygienic supplies, food, clothes (but only once every 2, 3 months making a budget on that of maybe $100 to $150 per person in the house hold) you need gas, utilities, rent or mortgage ect.. you DON'T NEED for example if you have cable with HBO do you really need Netflix and do you really need to go to the movies every weekend, do you need to have all the movie packages that the cable company offers??
