We have learned to adapted.

It is a program used by insurance companies that want to try to pay the least amount possible for their end "covering damages" they in turn, attempt to force the contractor to adapt to the pricing.

Know your options and adapt to them.

The important thing is adapting to them and going forward.In a class a/b neighborhood, you will have extreme difficulty finding any home that will easily cash flow. 

Actually have used it...and like you said...I have the same fear that subs may not want to adapt...maybe I try it along with a large monitor for chat...we'll see. 

Sure the profit margin on your average fix & flip is a bit tighter but real estate investing is about adapting to change.

Spaces that are under 10,000 SF can easily adapt of office space, medical space, and can work for hundreds of types of businesses.

After that I just plan to adapt to the markets I target in regards to investing strategies, and get the ball rolling on proper cash flow.Glad to be a part of this community now!
