I recently attended a 3 day workshop with fortune builders.

I just finished my 3 day workshop from the same company, and I can say that I enjoyed the course and the content.

We have signed up for the workshop but we don't have $25k+ to get into their mentoring program. 

Since posting this I have attended a one day workshop regarding analyzing apartment buildings and I have registered for a 4-day workshop that includes a home study course as well as an 8-week follow up mentoring.

3 day workshop for a "mere" $2,000, which I've heard is just another sales pitch for a bus tour of Armando's magical hot spots @ 30k-50k admission.

The property I have been trying to get approved on and purchase, is from the 50's , and it has a separate " workshop " that is separate from the main house, but it is all connected via the same roofBack in 2006 ( which was when it was last appraised ) , it came back in that appraisal as a 1 Unit property with a workshopBut as of last week, after I had it appraised , it came back in the report that it is now considered a 2-unit dwellingThe thing is , yes ..... it does have it's own kitchen, bathroom and bedroom in the un-attached workshop ,BUT, it was setup back in 2006 the same way , and it came back as 1 unit then , but now it is being deemed a 2-unit. 

I attended a one day workshop on Fri, did what they said prior to mtg, got an an appt while in training, had the house under contract 5 days after workshop.

My sister and I went to a 3 day $2000 workshop that taught us a lot and opened our eyes to what this business has to offer and we're on the march w looking at properties and running numbers.

It's a large commercial show room with a workshop in the back with two bays and a 3 bedroom house on the property.

Some ideas that have just popped up in my head might be horse stabling or garage/covered storage/workshop space possibly?
