Interesting scenario - what to do.
A family friend of sorts is selling their property.
It's a large commercial show room with a workshop in the back with two bays and a 3 bedroom house on the property. It is adjacent to a corner lot.
The owner of the corner lot wants to purchase the property in order to expand his current operations. They have already made offers at asking price and more.
The seller refuses to sell to the corner lot due to an old world like feud.
The seller has expressed to me that the price is negotiable to anyone else except the owner of the corner lot.
I've never assigned a contract or anything. But I smell opportunity and it seems that something like that may be the way to go.
Either way your thoughts could be great and much appreciated.
