Is there a managing company on green renewable energy on cheap/free land or water, selling electricity per kWh and selling carbon credits, leveraging preferential rate financing and tax reduction for green energy ? 

I also once got a credit for a house with a flooded basement with water damaged water heater and HVAC.

You have to go to other smaller markets in Florida to have a better selection, but pricing is still considerably higher than Detroit and your tenant pool will be smaller.

Are they on one water meter or 4 separate? 

We've replaced 5 water heaters in a single year, had plumbing stoppages that resulted in 3-5k worth of work, and even had to replace 1/3 of the pier and beam foundation in the house we're currently living in.

It could be pool/sauna, it could be game room/pickleball, it could be pets and baby friendly.If you are thinking of doing it from afar and have never done it before, you might want to investigate MTR as a healthy bridge opportunity where you can spend less money on furnishings and get longer stay tenants.
