There is no substitute for getting your assets (what ever they maybe) in front of buyers by working the room.

Has anyone tried substitution of collateral?

I got nice deals on them.. substitute trustee go to sale without changing the sale date..

A substitution of Plaintiff is generally not allowed or as stated above only is specifically allowed in the Judgement or by an alternate court order.

It went to a cash buyer AND those properties will cost less than if you were going to buy their legal substitute.

No Google street view or Trulia map will be a substitute.
