Currently the condo market is very soft and I have heard it will take years to recover.Some condos can work as rentals but the condo fee really kills the cashflow.

@Anthony Batten How did you arrive at your soft cost numbers. 3% vacancy is your tenant staying on average 33 1/3 months. 3/100=1/33 1/3.I use 5% for repairs.
